UNIONE part 1

I am so sorry for not updating for such a long long time...cz my computer has been really crazy...i even had to send it for repair><>< ='( but i sort of learnt one thing, i must really not let my nerves get the better of me or else i will really lose focus on what i am suppose to do><>

after the briefing about what the camp was about, i think the line that left the strongest impression was "i think you all know that this is no ordinary camp, this is a council TRAINING camp" then they were saying they expect us to exhibit strong discipline and a sense of urgency...

then we carried out stuffs and ran to the atrium, we were given 20 mins to clean our sleeping quarters with the cloth and detergent we had brought. I started to panic a little cz the detergent i brought was for clothes...not for washing, but we still started wiping like some mad person up down up down, then the seniors kept saying"make sure you get every corner, the drawers, the sockets, the whiteboard, EVERYTHING" we were really running up and down the classroom, i remembered alicia, grace and I were like...alicia will use her soaped wet cloth to clean the latch top, then i will use my wet cloth and wipe over, then grace will use her dry cloth to wipe it again... we seemed like some car wash personnel ><

after 18mins, we started to rush out to assemble back at the atrium, i was really afraid that it might not be cleam enough or smt, but the facilitators decided not to check as it was our responisibility to keep it clean as we were going to sleep there... that is actually quite true, if the room was dirty, we would have to suffer as it would be us who is going to inhale all the dust... but the classroom was sparkling clean, it was like 10 times cleaner than what it was before.... ...
the next activity was trustwalk. We were suppose to support each other by leaning towards each other on a bench and had to walk on a series of benches, tables without falling and with a balloon in their mouth. at the end of the trail they had to burst the balloon and execute the punishment stated inside.... at first i thought it was quite an easy task but then the seniors started dropping and falling, in the end the facs had to changed the rules a little so that we could completed the task... we only managed to get one pair across, and that is hernhern and bianca...they are really amazing, i tried and i know how hard it is...i guess they really trusted each other...and also i think they knew the technique...everybody had a try but even after asking for time extension, shortening the route, changing the rules, we only managed to get one pair across...that was really sad... but i think that the sadder thing was that hernhern and bianca had to do crouches alone without any support from use cz we were too pre-occupied with the new pair that was walking that we sort of forgotten about them...i am guilty too...i didnt even know that they were doing the punishment...i only found out at the debrief...so it is kinda sad...


after that was lunch's on Us! Part I... that is all for today..i shall upload more tmr...

ok...you know what....i give up trying to replenish my past posts.....so its like going to be forgotten...like how most memories become....haiz...

Europe Trip! <333333333333

let me revive my blog...cz its like SO DEAD...

I shall start off with my europe trip...i was away for 11 days=)

Day 1

OK....my flight was like 0030 at Changi Airport to Dubai for transit (FOUR HOURS) then to Milan, Italy via Rome....so i actually landed in Rome before taking off again to Milan...so i have been in Rome for 1 hour....haha....

my flight was like delayed to 0100....haiz...just that the transit was shorter...i was taking emirates airlines...haha really really good...at least the food is still edible...my sis had the kid's meal and it was so nice! haha chocolate muffins...with dunno wad and dunno wad...and she has snacks too...like potato chips...milo...haha....ohh and there are GAMES AND MOVIES for you to CHOOSE!! i watched like...T.R.I.C.K 2....1/2 of dunno wad....oh and i watched ROMEO AND JULIET !!! haha ....i fell asleep while watching it....hahahahahahahahahahahaha......my sis didnt sleep at all...she had a move marathon....so when we reached Dubai...she was sooo tired...my mom and i were like HYPER....then because our transit was 4 hours, they had free breakfast for us. BUT the breakfast was rather...lets just say...different. in the end i ended up eating cereals(nothing can go wrong with cereals, cause you just pour and eat) and bananas...my mom ate like 4 bananas...haha...the airport in Dubai is actually very nice=) its bright, and clean, and the people there are nice too=) the toilets are clean too!! then the tour leader was like persuading us to get kit.kat cz he says that they manufacture the best kit.kat there...its a different recipe...but my mom didnt believe him...and we didnt have like any Dubai money or US dollar with us so...GOOD BYE kit.kat...after that we boarded the plane...and my sis fell asleep immediately...really immediately...then there was this air steward that came and asked her to wake up because it is dangerous to sleep during take off as you might die half way and nobody will know...she didnt even want to wake up then she just sat up straight...and said"stupid air stewardess" before falling back to sleep again...lucky that person was gone before she said that...the flight was OK...but i ended watching a lot and playing alot because the games are really really nice! you can like play with other passengers...tetris...some puzzle games...very nice.... after around 4 hours we landed in Rome for 1 hour...we didnt even get off the plane...then this crew came and like "cleaned" the airplane...its basically just picking up rubbish..they missed a few spots too :P then finally after another around 2 hours...we landed in Milan, Italy.

Day 2

We went a little sight-seeing in Milan,Italy...saw this VERY NICE CATHEDRAL:Duomo cathedral, ...its really nice...its made out of a special type of marble and it took 40 years (i think) to build...sadly...the marble absorbs pollution...so its like kinda dirty now...that is SO SAD...its really nice!! actually its VERY nice...then we also went to this castle:Victor Emmanuelle ll ..did you know that in Milan, it was actually very well protected...really like those kind of games like "Age of Empires" like that...i mean they really had castle walls, moats, watch towers, gates, castles, flags, city plans and stuffs like that...it was SOOOO COOL!! now much of the building is destroyed by plants....bombs... and stuffs...so they are trying to preserve it for as long as they can...you can really imagine life in the olden days when there are horses...no electricity....and it is really very cool...

we also went to this really nice shopping place Galleria La Scala and it is really really really pretty...its smt like a corridor which branches out to 4 directions...then there are like paintings on the walls that are really very specially designed to signify different countries...then the signage are all black and silver...EVEN MACDONALDS had a SILVER "M" haha...i shall upload the pic later...hahas..oh yar...there are a lot of pickpockets there...i actually saw one in action...they almost targeted my mom...if you ever go there...TAKE CARE OF YOUR MONEY AND PASSPORTS!

we stayed in the RIPAMONTI DUE E CONGRESSI hotel...it was erm...rather small...but it was quite ok...cz i went with my mom and my sis...so we had a triple room. the 3rd bed was in this ulu corner which was like creepy so we joined the other 2 beds together to make ONE BIG BED...both my mom and I couldn't sleep so we like packed...we brought 3 bottles of 1.5L of water there because the water there is very expensive...just a 200ml PLAIN MINERAL WATER cost 2.5 euros....which is more than $5...so we saved a lot on water...BUT my dragging the 3 bottles there is NOT easy...it is really heavy plus with all our clothes and stuffs...

Day 3

We started our journey to Switzerland quite early in the morning...the breakfast in the hotel was surprisingly quite nice actually...i basically just had ham(their ham is VERY NICE with almonds) with scramble egg on toasted bread topped with honey....haha...quite nice actually...

the bus ride was ultra long...but the scenery was MAGNIFICENT! its really nice...how i wish i was living there....when we passed the border to Switzerland...there were MANY pretty and COLOURFUL flowers!! so nice...cz we were headed to Lugano, a small town...i LOVE THAT TOWN...there is the famous lake...that is really very very pretty.... then we wanted to bye ICE-CREAM! cz i was determined to try ice-cream frm each country I go to...then there was this ICE-CREAM SHOP! it was heavenly....there were like 30 over flavours of ice-cream just LOOKING AT ME...like caramel...dark chocolate with chocolate chips....raspberry with strawberry and blueberry....so YUMMY!!! then the price was quite ok.... BUT that lady didnt want to see to me cz it was a sunday and the shop was not to be opened till 1pm...AWWWWWW i was soooooooooooo sad.....i tried at 12.45 also cannot...cz we had to board the bus at 1pm....wahhhhhhhhhhhhhh my ice-cream T.T then in order to cheer myself up.... we decided to try some pastries....then we went into this bakery......

Singapore's bakery cannot even compete with the bakeries in Europe....in ONE shop...you can find a HUGE range of pastries available ranging from tarts to cakes to pies to...EVERYTHING! it was soooooooooo nice.....then there were so much variety....AMAZING! then we decided to try this strawberry tart thingie...cz it seems that everybody going there bought that....IT WAS DE-LI-CIOUS!!! the tart is not those kind made up of butter but it was like there were serveral layers of soft biscuits...SO NICE!! in the end we decided to try the raspberry one....but it didnt taste that nice...(raspberry taste like antibiotics to me) Haha...then we went window shopping cz it was a sunday and unlike singapore...sunday literally means rest day...NONE of the shops were open....except those restaurants....all the others were CLOSE....then i saw this ABSOLUTELY 100% cute doggie soft toy frm a shop named "CLAIRE" (claire i didnt know you own a shop in europe...wow...can u give me that doggie for free?) then it was so cute.....i like almost fell in love with it instantly...BUT....the shop was not open....I WAS SOOOOOOO SAD!! T.T

After that we headed to Lucerne....we went to the Lion Monument and saw the Chapel Bridge...the view was as usual MAGNIFICENT...especially the Chapel Bridge(except for the hight number of spiders) then next to the Chapel bridge was like this very famous Watch shop...selling all those type of branded watch like Rolex...Omega...Longiness....and MANY MANY more...the most expensive that my sis and i could find was a Rolex watch costing 600,000...and there we saw this couple...buying rolex...they were trying on several designs to see which ones fits...and they REALLY BOUGHT IT...wow...rich people....

since we dun have much interest in watches...we decided to like go out and stay on the chapel bridge....see the swans....then we say this ice-cream shop...(remember i was determined to try the ice-cream?) i queued up and ordered tiramisu chocolate icy cream...it was DELICIOUS....the coffee taste is not too strong yet not too mild....it was really really nice...

after that we went back to the hotel (SCHILLER HOTEL)...haha...the hotel room has NO TOILET DOOR! hahahaha...cz it was a triple room and is at the highest floor of the hotel....so they couldnt find a door that could fit the ceiling shape....HAHAHAHA....then like you can really erm watch TV while bathing? But the room was ULTRA nice....the beds were comfy and soft and then the air-con was not too cold nor was it too hot...ULTRA nice...(except the no toilet-door part) haha......then i soaked my feet in the bath for 1 hour cz it kinda hurts....

Day 3...

Breakfast was ok...haha...honey with bread again...but the bread there is very nice..there is the soft kind and the hard kind...obviously i ate the soft kind cz the hard ones really can break your teeth....haha

then we started our journey to....MOUNT TITILIS (Swiss Alps) (which cost us 115SF...EACH) the journey was 2-3 hours with toilet breaks and snack breaks....but the scenery was like green and snowy even though its SUMMER...so nice....then i kinda fell asleep...then i was woken up before we entered the world's second longest tunnel...17km long...it took quite a long time to get through....

finally...we reached the swiss alps....YAY.....it was snow raining...haha coooooooollllllllllllldddddddddddd. Then my sister, along with some of the tour members started having like snowball fight! haha then we keep hitting each other with snow...then sneaking attack when the others are taking photographs...haha!! then it was really like freezing cold...then we tried builing a snowman...BUT...it is like too cold and we could only mould using our BARE hands...so we sort of dropped the idea...after that it started snowing...YES SNOWING!! yay...real snow snowing!! so freezing cold..especially the snowflakes like land on the back of your neck....lucky i have long hair.....then we had no choice but to go back inside because it is like too cold to play....awwww.....

there was this heater chair that is like very cool...heat is like coming out from the chair so its really quite comfortable=) we were getting a little hungry so we went down to eat. We decided to eat at this restaurant called "Mama Mia!" i ordered pasta while my sis ordered a kid's pizza...then the person refuse to believe that my sis was a kid! she was only like 11 years old then the waitress insisted that she was 15!!! the after that she finally allowed her to order the meal....HAHA!! the pasta was good!! its really like cheesy but not too cheesy and its creamy....really quite nice... then we saw this watch shop...then my mom was like trying desperately to get a watch for me.....cz i am in a desperate need for a watch=( then the shop was like selling watches that were Swiss swatches all over the place...its so cool! there were like all kinds of design! haha ultra coolness!

ooooo....then after that, we went down the mountain....then there was this "tower rotair" i think that is how its spelt...it was so cool! its like a rotating tower that goes up diagonally. totally coolness! then it was kinda dizzy and really really cold, because there were windows which were open. after that, we went down the cable car again and sat on the bus, again, then we went to interlaken, a small town village in Switzerland. i simply LOVE THE TOWN! it was like really a fantasy! the town is really small and there were smalll shops selling all sorts of stuffs. I just LOVE it there! i mean it is so peaceful, and the flowers are so beautiful! the people there are like really nice and everybody knew each other! it was simply heavenly, the shops are in neat rows and the supermarket there is like really cool as well! believe it or not you actually have to put the groceries in the plastic bags yourself! the chocolate there was like ultra ultra cheap and they are just simply delicious! there are many many different flavours. the dark chocolate there were like really scary with up to 99% cocoa...beat that....then the water there is really cheap as well! compared to up in the mountain, the price of the water in the mountain is like 5EUROS per bottle of 500ml BUT at the super market it was like erm 3.45Euro for 6??haha

I took Chinese Dance and Chemistry Everywhere! its really fun!



for chinese dance...i thought we were learning tong yi shou ge...but it changed to some dance work out instead >< haiz...nevermind...but my group won the first in the dance competition=)

then for chem everywhere, it was really fun too=) made our own soap...toothbrush....and even tested "blood" lol...and tried to solve the fingerprinting crime...haha i was the criminal but nobody could figure it out =)

sabbaticals are really fun....but EOY's are coming...no...

Heart Charity

YAY!! the performance for the Heart Charity Golf is finally over!!! let me blog about it....



we have been practicing really really hard for the past few weeks...although we are not like perfect but we tried very hard le.... the performance was on the 25th of July which is a wednesday...then for 3 weeks...every lunch has been spent on practicing.... i have like 3 blu-blacks on each knee then i have 1 at the tail bone there....



we practiced like crazy on tuesday during CCA....then during lunch on tuesday...i hurt my shoulder...which is really painful and swollen!!! then i was like aching all the wasy still practicing cause i was really scared that i wouldnt do well and like disgrace everybody=((( so i didnt tell anybody....which resulted in the sprain getting more serious and VERY swollen...then on thursday(after the performance) i couldnt even get out of the bed=(((



back to the performance day.....



early in the morning we were suppose to do ba gan but i had to be somewhere else so i didnt go...then lunch i went for practice...we could tell that seniors were disappointed at out entire performance and kept reminding us that "do you know that you have a performance later?" they all came to give advice but we were really bad...then the seniors were like "nevermind, just do your best" we were really in quite a low spirit cz we are really really bad=((



then lunch we went back to practice again....then we were really hungry so we had a eating party outside the dance studio b4 the practice started cz we were really starving!! after tt we started dancing again...and i FINALLLY managed to get my part correct....after like 2 months??? somehow i just cant do it so i really like thank everybody who helped me....



after school we chiong to the dance studio then we tried out costumes on...some costumes were loaned out but were mostly the BIG ones so mine was stil inside the dance studio collecting dust...haha...then mine fitted me...WHICH MEANS THAT I DIDNT GROW!! WAHHHHHHH! for those that were loaned out...not all were returned and they were like all crumpled and smelly.... poor thing for those ppl who had to wear it=((( after that my mom and changed bag with me passing me my make-up and all...including my lunch...then she treated everybody sausage and fishball!!!



after 10 min...we like did ba gan to calm outselves down and like get into the mood....we practiced 2 more times and from the looks of our seniors....we did quite badly...again...

then we had to set off to our destination><><><><

but luckily, it all came out okay i guess...=) although i screwed up a bit....but still ok =)

I have like totally given up updating on my europe trip and have decided to like revive this blog.... i will like edit the trip one later:P



let me start off my intoducing a new member to the family.... MOOOOOO!!

MOO was brought from Taka yesterday after my dentist appointment!! it is like a folding cushion cum softtoy thingie=) its like so cute okie!!! if you fold it up, it will be standing like the picture....then if you let it "unfold" it becomes like this

So its like really good and easy to keep and CUTE!!! its totally absolutely adorable!! Moo is currently on my lap and i am hugging it while typing this...

Yesterday was the Gym flag day...then i like saw so many gymnast all over orchard road!!! then i say clarali at orchard MRT station asking for donation then i saw 2 sec 1 outside Tangs there...why did zoe go all the way to Suntec??? or else could have met her=(....then i saw the animal magnetic thingie that zoe wanted...i wanted to get for her but i dunno wad animal she wants=(((( nvm...i am going there again next month or soon!! its so cute! its called magnetinic ...

Wish i can talk more but i gotta mug RAFT and history test which is unfortunately on tuesday....i am so sorry....=((((

oh yar....the song HEY YOU its really really nice.... zoe and i were like so inspired by it to save the earth now:PPPPPP...poor polar bear...the polar bear in the MV really had a very sad ending=((( its like they decided to fim the bear as part of the awarenss programme...then the poor bear was really really tired from swiming non-stop for like 3 days!! it was only a cub!! its mom died i think out of hunger also...then FINALLY the polar bear found dryland...then it rested and was recorded....the photographers took pity of the bear and gave it some food to eat...then the polar bear went back each day for more...after like 2-3 days, sb from the crew stopped them from giving out food to the polar bear, saying that it needs to learn how to survive, it needs to learn survival skills.... so they stopped feeding it...the bear still came back but they chased it away!!! -how could they??!!- then poor polar bear....then there was this ice-storm...so they stopped filming for a few days...then after the storm, they tried looking for the polar bear again....in the end, they found it. dead. in the snow. died of hunger and exhaustion. HOW COULD THEY DO THIS??? POOR POLAR BEAR!!! its reallly reallly very sad...SAVE THE POLAR BEARS!!!

wahh....it has been such a long time since I posted><>BLACK SHIRT!!!! I WANT IT TOO!!!....i was the emcee....i think i did quite alright BUT there were like A LOT of last minute changes..... whew....glad that was over...those kids are REALLY REALLY good spellers....some words i didnt even know how to spell><

feeling so bored....this is the list of hmk i have to do....its crazy....

10. .......dunno.....oh yar.....REVISE LIKE CRAZY judging by the fact that I had a B3 for math...
    

I suddenly thought of something....when i was coordinating street sales last Sat....there was this girl from Nanyang who is a "volunteer" ....she is "amazing" 4 hours and she came back with the can almost totally empty except maybe 50 cents? i wanted to open the can IN FRONT OF HER and HALF her CIP hours but things were just too messy....i am so disappointed....this is CIP...community involvement programme.....and like her can was really really really empty....even me who was looking after like a BIG box of cans looking totally wierd in the hot sun outside City Hall MRT station managed to get half a can....regina managed to fill her can...you see....IT CAN BE DONE! bet she just went shopping.....*sigh.....horrible ppl...

thats all for today....Zoe's birthday is comming....gotta get her a prezzie....where has she been these few days??? Oh yar...anybody interested in helping out for Inspire???????

i am officially so jealous of ZOE!!! wahhhhhh....i wanna go jewellry making!! the bracelet she made today is REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY NICE! looks very professtional><...I think she is enjoying her sabbatical much more than me....BUT...today's sabbatical was quite nice....

First, we started the day by playing this brain teaser...its really very interesting.... eg.

haha...i shall reveal the answers in the next post....feel free to tag the answers><...its really really really really VERY VERY VERY funny!...there are some more...they are real good...our group received the HIGHEST score...haha 19/24=)....not bad....actually there is this GE person in my group and she is REALLY good at guessing this....

after the brain teaser...we had to find ways to improve the school...that was ok...i shall not elaborate about it...(:P)..

after the break was the REALLY INTERESTING AND FUN BIT! we had problem-solving games=) our first game was to build the tallest tower and the condition was that the top of the tower must be the feet of the human body...haha....for the first trial....i stood on the knees of 2 VERY tall and strong ppl then i "ban tui" while the others supported me....we reached a height of 2.4m+ i think...then the teacher came...and we had to "rebuild" the tower for her again><...after that she was like..."Very good! now try to build a tower of 2.8m" we were like real shock....in the end....the two ULTRA TALL AND STONG ppl stood up, put their feet on the chair...then i stood on their knees again and "ban tui" again...haha...we reached TALLER THAN THE CEILING! i cracked my toe nail><....cz i kicked too high up><....OUCH!...our structure was around 3m!! yay.....haha...lucky i am flex and light enough>

the second game was REALLY REALLY CRAZY! we had to cross to the other side with only 1 pair of feet touching the ground and that person with her feet on the ground must be wearing this "magic hat"...each person can only wear the hat once....that was real crazy...at first we tried crossing 2 by 2...in the end there was this person that was stuck><...then we tried to build a "raft" out of shoes...then 1 person shall sit on the "raft" then the other 2 will push...in the end...the raft wouldnt move AT ALL!...our next method was to piggy-back 2 ppl at once...that was IMPOSSIBLE!...in the end...one person step on the foot of this person while the other is being piggy-backed...in that way....we can get 3 ppl across at the same time...then after loads of carrying and shouting and screaming...we brought 8 ppl acrossed!!! yay....haha...must really really thank my team which consist of: Alicia, Dileen, Yu Xuan, Mellissa, Jia Yuin and (this other girl...i cant remember her name...SORRY!) i dropped my earing and they had to stop the game because of me .....thank you so much for helping find me earings...><....also...we worked real well together=) helping and encouraging and communicating....yay...DORITOES GROUP ROCKS!

after that i went for a science exhibition....it was ok....nothing much....we had to vote for the BEST project and each person is entittled 5 votes...i voted one for the friut bats thingie, one for the mice thingie and one for the virus thingie...I gave Mrs Tan two of my votes...or well...

after that it was dance....3 BIG BLUE-BLACKS surfaced....ouch...OH YAR! I DUN NEED TO GO TO SCHOOL in the morning ON FRIDAY!! yay....yay.....yay.....yay....i only need to report at 12.30pm...lalala....yay.....yay....cz my sabbatical is postponed till 1 to 5....HURRAY! just pratical....lalala....yay....dun need to wake up so early!! yoohoo.......*yawn....real tired now....i shall go to sleep since there is NOTHING for me to do...i shall update my leadership book tmr...*yawn...nights!

mao....first day of sabbatical....nothing much....i am taking Leadership Developement...and it is a FULL course which means that it will be abt the same thing for 5 hours each day 5 days a week so it will be 25 hours of leadership thingie....ouch....oh wells....no choice....wahhhhh...the worse thing is that our performance in this sabbatical is graded><>

I am in the same group with Zexin, Zhi Ting, Yuna, Ling Han and QUACKERS! and we are the Lee Kuan Yew group...=.=....cz we are to name our group after a famous leader and he was the only person we could think of....there are other groups such as: Ghanti, Princess Diana, HITLER! plus other more.....*yawn....i am so tired....amazingly i was bitten by a COOKED prawn....ouch....and the blue-black on my knee just got worse><......i feel so random today....nvm...i shall stop posting on Sabbatical since there isnt much Interestesting stuffs...WAIT....there is one interesting event that happenned...to train us on TEAMWORK...we are to take off our shoes...untie the shoelace...create a shoe mountain...then everybody link their arms together...and we are suppose to find our shoes, slip our feet in, TIE THE SHOE LACE as fast as possible=) my group was the fastest...haha...58 secs...even less than a min><

after school i went to do e emcee scripting again><><....

the momment i reached home...i fell asleeped almost instantly....imagine how tired i was....i was rushing to complete the assignement on Birch the entire NIGHT! I think he is now one of the most hated person....haiz....

its FINALLY the sabbaticals...not that i am really looking forward to it... blogger is eating up my posts!!! ahhhhh.....nvm....i shall retype><

it has been a HECTIC WEEK!!! horrible....lets see what have i done:

Monday: Nothing much....received another IT assignment...ouch...then Zoe and I spent so much time trying to figure out how to do motion guide...haha....my horrible bee...looks ridiculous=.=...slept VERY late...2am + trying to complete Cultural Icons....wahhhh

Tuesday: Nothing much again....just informed that we have to hand in the science file immediately the next day....was deprived of the chance to dance qian hong....wahh......and spent the entire night trying to finish math...and tidying my science file....slept very late AGAIN....trying to do cultural icons.

Wednesday: nothing much except assembly which is interesting...it was dialouge session...for more info....visit zoe's blog....i came back quite late trying to catch Mdm Yick after school to help us check through our article....in the end....she had a meeting...so i just left the letter in her pigeon hole.....after that came back home and.....studied for SPA like crazy....slept at an ok time...didnt bother much abt Cultural Icons

Thursday: the worse day of the week... first thing in the morning was spa...then the announcements were like VERY long....until we were 10min late....then for spa....we were to identify 3 unknown substance....then we were told to add unkown substance A(solid) into Maganese (IV) oxide(a solid)...i dun see ANY sense in this...i just did this for the sake of doing it....then Unknown A was so slivery...then i was shivering throughout the entire experiment...then the silver substance spilled all over my worksheetsBOOM! it exploded on me T.T....it just started bubbling VIGOROUSLY! then it started flowing out...and it was REAL hot....REAL hot...my poor finger was cooked T.T....in the end....unknown A was aluminium...wow....how on earth would we know the when Aluminium react with Sodium Hydroxide would give us Hydrogen? I was testing for ammonia!!! ahhhhhhhh....hope i dun fail...

After school....i went to discuss the emcee script for Lang Arts Festival......then we were suppose to work on each of our script in the library quietly....but in the end...alicia...livia....Yvonne and I just started crapping....so funny=) hahaha...we wasted so much time! lalalala....then in the end..the classroom was locked>< again="(

after that i met Mdn Yick then i SUDDENLY remembered the letter to editor which i put in her pigeoen hole....then i talked to her for 1 hour ++...she was real nice telling us wad to change...then we chatted for a bit then i came home=) after dinner...i wanted to start on Icons straight away...BUT...i fell asleep frm 7.30 to 9.30....wow....imagine how tired i was=( then i started completing Icons....I had to REDO the ENTIRE bibliography T.T...lucky zoe helped... ALOT!!! if not for her...i think i would have died....why are there only 2 of us doing the project? cz the other one didnt even come online...wow....

FRIDAY
went to watch HC dance night 2007! it was real nice...the first dance was disappointing...they were a little off tempo plus they drop their slash thingie and didnt even bother picking it up...number 1 rule..pick up wadever you dropped on stage....then they just left it there....then there was this dance which was real nice...but then half way....they had to stop....technical fault...wahhhh.....hwa chong's PA...not very good.....i went kinda high throughout the entire thing....haha....ate too much sweets perhaps....lalala....then we started straining out eyes trying to see our seniors...we went quite late so we sat RIGHT at the BACK! wahhh....then we just started pointing at random ppl..."that looks like blahblahblah" haha.....hwa chong's modern dance is REALLY REALLY VERY NICE! especially their SYF piece...very nice.....hmmmm...maybe i will join modern dance instead of chinese dance....dunno lah....i saw many seniors there....they still look...the same?? overall its real nice...then the last dance was the chinese dance SYF piece....and guess which school is the lead from? she is xinying from NYCD!! amazing!....she is only J1 yet she is the lead of the SYF dance....imagine that!!! wow....but not really surpirse...she is so tall and pretty!! T.T....i wanna grow tall!! zoe....donate some of your height to me!!!

I was just infomed today that i need to find 20 ppl to help out in Lang Arts festival! 20! i mean i am not wonder women can...=.=wahhhh....nvm...i shall somehow find them...=( anybody interested...just tell me...ANYBODY WILL DO!!! wahhhhh

i have been chionging the horrible history the ENTIRE day and its already 8.16pm and i am still stuck in question 1....amazing....still have to come up with an emcee script....wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! gtg now.....have to do work...seriously...i dun care if ngah Ibrahim is tricking the sultan or not and that it is a political tactic....its interesting..yes...but i dun see having to write an ESSAY on it T.T...catcha around while i suffer under hmk=(

HORRIBLE!!

lalala....its FINALLY friday.....like it makes any difference....actually it does..cant wait to talk>< this is the list of things i have to do:

Today was class breakfast.....Zoe and I baked C-H-O-C-O-C-H-I-P C-O-O-K-I-E-S yesterday.... haha it was fun=) i also introduced this show to Zoe which results in total addiction>< pretend="=" cookie=")">

after that it was practical....haha VERY VERY fun....we started mixing chemicals around and achieved like layers of colours.... haha

Fun fact of the day: If your hand comes in contact with huge amount of HCl....wash it off immediately and even if you do....you will itch for like 2 hours before it clears. Also, NaOH feels real soap and tast real bitter.....YUCKS!

lalala.....then i mixed a rainbow....Zoe's rainbow was like really really really very very nice!! then we just started like mixing it then abigail was like....just hope it doesnt explode or smt....haha....then i mixed smt like purple....red....yellow....blue....green.....then purple again.... but it is quite hard....cz most of the time the entire test tube just changes colour...lalala

after that it was recess....then Zoe and I went to the popular...i needed to get a new ruler for sze yuan cz i lost hers(i dun even remember borrowing it) then zoe was like "i need a new rubber band" we were almost out of the shop before I remembered that zoe desperately needs a NEW PEN!! haha....so funny i was like "Zoe! your pen!" haha......lalaala.

after that it was LA...which was totally sucky.... i shall not talk about it....

then it was math....which i switched off....note to self: DO BETTER IN MATH!

then chinese was total slackness....i love zhong lao shi.....haha.....lalalala

then it was CIP which was ok....i relised that Zoe is really talented in teaching><>

then it was Chinese Dance....which resulted in SERIOUS blurness...haha....i was like so blur....thank you liang hui and sheena and jingying for teaching me hu die even though i took like forever to remember><>

then now i am talking to Jay....haha....he just got back frm OBS....lalalala....homework awaits... AHH DENTIST TMR!! wahhh.......nights.....hope you are having a better day than me><

haha...after being suggested by zoe...i shall post another one...on today's events=)

at 2am...i woke up frm a horrible dream of a scence in class and Miss Goh teaching us chem on Acid and Bases...then i suddnely had this serious gastric!! cz the night before....i ate this med with an empty stomach which results in an overdose of acids!!! ok...back to my nightmare....i dreamt that Miss Goh was just going throught the part on acid when i suddenly experience this STINGING pain!!!! then Zoe said smt like "you see lar...now there is an overdose of acids inside your stomach!" ok...now that was freaky...cz immediately after that...i woke up...and vommitted...after that.... experience SERVERE gastric pains and like feel like vommiting but nothing comes out those kind of feeling=(

Today's morning assembly was cancelled cz it was drizzling...yay...and it was freezing cold...i was pratically frozen!! i had to like curl up most of the time cz of my gastric and to keep myself warm>>...then we had home econs....we made BANANA CARROT MUFFINS!! kays' and mine came out alright but poor zoe's one was too watery... it reminds me of cupcakes...but i like cupcakes

After that...it was lang arts=) quite slack actually...was the SIA conference.... then i was last minute researching on "Barbie" cz later Mdm Yick will scold...then zoe was adding websites into her blibio for IL .... then qiu ru was ....erm....doing smt???

Math was ok....we discussed the test paper...nothing much.....i was like gonna fall asleep soon 0.o...then abigail and simin were chatting and chatting then suddenly they LAUGH VERY LOUDLY!!! then the entire class were s-t-a-r-i-n-g at them....then miss chooi was like "excuse me" then they like suddenly kept quiet.....so funny.....

Geog was VERY slack....cz i was like suffering frm this SERIOUS GASTRIC ache till like i felt like i was going to faint=)

For Chinese...we got our papers back....did quite ok....quite happy already=) highest is like 90!!! seokie so smart!!!! laoshi was like trying to keep the class in order then claire was like copying real slowly....then lao shi was angry at us for not finishing her poster

.....................and finally....school ended..................

after that i went to hand in the Science SIA for the class....cz our group is like going to show some samples...then i put all the soaps into this cookie tin which i found GREAT trouble in trying to stuff the cookie tin into Miss Goh's pigeon hole....cz like it is soooooo small!! i tried like all the ways possible on earth trying to put the cookie tin inside....then when i was about to give up....Mrs Tan came and saved me....whew....she helped me put it on Miss Goh's table

after that i went for dance....i think i almost died there!! we did the FULL warm ups including all the breathing and stuffs like that....i felt like my stomach is gonna EXPLODE!! pain like crazy especially after the ti tuis and stuffs like that.... OUCH... after that i like couldnt take it anymore so i stopped...after that i was sitting next to my bag trying to get some rest then i saw the poor sec 1s trying to catch up with the warm up...so poor thing cz they are upstairs then they cannot see...so i decided to help them....then i did like the warm ups in front of them for them...OUCH!!!! finally lao shi started talking and talking about next year's NYCD DANCE NIGHT!!! which is held ONCE every 4 YEARS!! there are like 13 dances!!!!! ooooo soooooo nice=) sad thing is....i am like not short and not tall=_= which is like kinda wierd.....=( then i couldnt take it anymore....i asked lin kai for permission to come home=) then i coached my sis math all the way till dinner which was real nice except for the fact that i couldnt eat much

and just like 15min ago...i was on the phone with Zoe....chit-chatting...lalala....then she suggested posting another post...which i just did...lalala...gtg sleep now...nights!

Super Stinky Smarty Saponification of Special Soap

like wad i promised yesteday....this post is DEDICATED to the =)

Saponification of Soap is our chem SIA project....and like my group members consist of Aby, Zoe and I=)

We knew we had to like make soap from scratch using NaOH (Sodium Hydroxide) and some type of fats ><>

After like going crazy trying to get NaOH(which apparantly cannot be bought purely as it is a controlled substance cz it can be used to make bombs =_=...wad does the school expect us to do? steal frm the lab?) we tried searching the ENTIRE cleaning section of NTUC and Cold Storage...and still couldnt find anything....=( then we realised that DRAINCLEANER has a VERY high percentage of NaOH....we were like "we have been bathing using DRAINCLEANER and FATS" then we tried this dunno wad soapy snake draincleaner frm Cold Storage....which... DOESNT WORK!!! we ended up like staying in Zoe's house till 12.30am!!!! all thanks to abby...who refuses to call home as she was too busy calling her *cough....we also played the impossible quiz ><...

oh yar...Zoe's house is really really really reallly VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY x 10000000000000000...........0 NICE!! i mean like really very very nice.....when you enter...its like a corridor then Zoe's room is on the left while her brother's room is on the right....walk a little further then you will see the living room...which they have this BLACK plasma TV...forgotten wad brand le>< too=")" kitchen=")"><><....

lets talk about ZOE's room=) her room is PURPLE!!! her bedsheets are PURPLE...with PURPLE blinds....then her blanket is red teddy bears which is really really really cute!! Then zoe's rooom is real neat><><><

ok...back to the soap project.....then we were like "AHHHHH why didnt it work?" then abby's parents decided to help....they like managed to get ALL THE INGREDIENTS we needed...if you wanna make soap:

80g of oil

45g of water

80g of VEGETABLE SHORTENING

20g of Sodium Hydroxide

1.) pour COLD water into NaOH, it will result in a reaction that creates dangerous toxic

fumes which is HARMFUL to the human body... quack has a swollen eye bcuz of it

2.) After NaOH has fully dissolve...pour in oil...meanwhile... "cream" the vegetable shortening

3.) add in vegetable shortening and stir until it has fully dissolved

4.) after that, keep stiring for 20 minutes...after 20min...stir every 10min for 2hours..

NO MATTER WAD HAPPENS...DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PUT THE SOLUTION INTO THE FRIDGE...IT WILL RESULT IN THIS:

Which is DISGUSTING...all the fats will seperate and solidify....thus creating : FREAK SOAP!

okay...lessons of the day:

Hello!! this is my first post....but most likely zoe and abby shall be the only ones who are gonna read it judging by the fact that it is private.....and i only added zoe and abby on my allowed list....haha....lalala

i very hyper now....hmmm....wad shall this post be about?...oh i am having this nice little convo with aby and aloy...haha...so funny....cz he helped us alot....then we want to ackowledge him....but it sounds like WIERD!! cz its either Mr Liu, or Aloy...which both sounds wierd.....

I CANNOT believe i like survived this week? I mean we are like ULTRA busy with a SO MANY THINGS due:

ODE TO NYCD....i just realised today that i wrote it all wrongly....thanks abigail for like helping me put everything properly....cz i was like dying.....then we were desperately trying to complete this during LA...it was so funny....we like tried searching on the net to replace words so that it rhymes...in the end became so chyme..... but mine is ok to be chyme=) cz it is suppose to be very serious and stuffs like that....but zoe's one cannot by chyme....so it was really "interesting"...abigail's one so nice....on the bridge....she is so pro to be able to like think of a poem about smt she doesnt have feelings for....(unless she does)...hers is nice...abby also helped us add in alliteration cz both zoe and I lack this...and without this is like sure in the "C" band ><
5.) CHINESE COMPO... cz i went for 3ngles....then i didnt hand in... i managed to persuade lao shi to like postponed it till this week....she so nice=)...i handed it in like first thing on wednesday....lalala.....hope she receives it=)

Cultural Icons is due next week>< i hate it....i mean like.... its just plain w-i-e-r-d...i mean i dun get the geog part...mr shyam said it was smt about it affecting the society which means that it is part of human geography....anyway....i am like doing on Barbie....which is actually ok.... except the fact that it is a little...hmm...kiddish? yay....i found like 2 newspaper articles on barbie in the Today's newspaper=)
